When will my order ship?

We process all orders in 2 to 3 business days. Once it ships, you will get a tracking number by email. Most orders arrive in 5 to 7 business days.

Do you ship outside the U.S.? 

Right now, we only ship to the United States and Canada. Join our email list to find out when we start shipping worldwide.

How do the clothes fit?

 Our hoodies and joggers have a slightly oversized, "baggy" fit. If you want them to fit loose, order your normal size. If you want them to fit tighter, order one size down.

Will the clothes shrink in the wash?

No. We use high-quality cotton that is "pre-shrunk" so the size stays the same after you wash it.

How should I wash my items?

To keep the embroidery looking new, wash your clothes inside out in cold water. It is best to hang them up to dry.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your gear. You can exchange your items or get store credit within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items haven't been worn or washed.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We check every piece before it leaves, but if there is a mistake, please go to our Contact Page and send us your order number. We will fix it for you.
